Approve the request from Rowland High School to send 2 FCCLA  Region 9 Offices to the FCCLA Capitol Leadership Experience in Sacramento, California, March 25-28, 2019.
Rationale:

Rowland High School's newly elected State Officers will further define their responsibilities, make preliminary plans for the National Conference in June 2019, identify goals for the State and get a better understanding of the 2019-2020 FCCLA program.

Not to exceed $1500.00 from Perkins funding.
